family's home, condition, and research the current market to find a price that will be
competitive, and receive the highest price possible. It has always been my commitment to
provide the best possible advice for purchasers to view homes with points such as curb
appeal, internal cleanliness, cheerful appearance and condition. After all, buyers
ultimately determine value.
When advising buyers, I have found that explaining the process of a purchase and what
include the obtaining of a loan that including some current advantages which may not be
known by the public and viewing only those properties that adhere to loan guidelines as
well as the loan process. Therefore, the buyer has confidence in his pursuit of the goal
of purchasing a property.
